TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Telos Auto Detailing services ("Services") offered by Telos Auto Detailing ("Company") to its customers ("Customers"). By accessing or using our Services, Customers agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Agreement
1.1. Telos Auto Detailing agrees to provide auto detailing services to Customers as requested and agreed upon at the time of booking or appointment.


1.2. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle(s) to be serviced, including make, model, year, condition, and any damages.


1.3. Telos Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that poses a risk to the safety or well-being of its employees or equipment.

1.4. If we have applied a ceramic coating to your vehicle's paint, trim, wheels, or glass and you opt out of our maintenance program to care for the coating we are no longer responsible for any premature coating failure.  Please consider having us maintain your vehicle coating every 3-4 months so as to ensure its durability for the next 1-5 years.

2. Payment
2.1. Customers agree to pay the specified fees for the Services provided by Telos Auto Detailing.


2.2. Payment for Services can be made in cash, by credit card, or any other payment method agreed upon by the Company.


2.3. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company.


2.4. If you have booked online and prepaid the service and for any reason, you are unable to hold
your appointment. We would gladly give you a refund based on our financial & credit card
processor service provider's policies within 24 hours from the original time of purchase or
booking. After 24 hours from the original time of purchase, we will not be able to give you a
refund, however, if we agree to give you a refund after the expiration time,
it will result in a minimum charge of $50 or 25% of the service cost whichever is higher.

2.5. We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle, and the customer's location.

2.6. We reserve the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original price.

​

2.7. A minimum of 10% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

2.8. We require a 20% deposit for any online booking request with a total greater than or equal to $100. We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details or we would send out an electronic invoice to secure the booking.

3. Liability
3.1. Telos Auto Detailing will exercise reasonable care and skill in the provision of Services; however, the Company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the Services, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.


3.2. Customers acknowledge that Telos Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear on the vehicle(s) being serviced.


3.3. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings or valuables from their vehicle(s) before the commencement of Services. Telos Auto Detailing shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables left inside the vehicle(s) during the provision of Services. If areas such as the center armrest storage or glove compartment are not cleared, we will not be able to clean them due to the customer’s private personal belongings.

3.4. Due to child safety, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.

3.5. We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning engine bays and sunroofs/moonroofs due to areas simply getting wet from the wash/cleaning process.  Please make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical/electrical working order.  There is no way of knowing these problems before we begin, so please understand that if issues do arise after our detailing process, we will not be held responsible.

4. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
4.1. Customers may request changes to their appointment time or date, subject to availability, by providing at least 24 hours notice. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such changes.


4.2. In the event of a cancellation by the Customer with less than 24 hours' notice, Telos Auto Detailing reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.

4.3. We reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers in advance and reschedule the appointment at a mutually agreeable time.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.


5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Texas.

6. Modification of Terms and Conditions
6.1. Telos Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Customers.


6.2. Continued use of the Services after any modifications to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

By using Telos Auto Detailing's Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
