Cancellation Policy

If you have booked online and prepaid the service and for any reason, you are unable to hold your appointment. We would gladly give you a refund based on our financial & credit card processor service provider's policies within 24 hours from the original time of purchase or booking, however, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. After 24 hours from the original time of purchase, we will not be able to give you a refund, however, if we agree to give you a refund after the expiration time, it will result in a minimum charge of $50 or 25% of the service cost whichever is higher. We require a 20% deposit for any online booking request with a total greater than or equal to $100. We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details or we would send out an electronic invoice to secure the booking.
